1 Discover

We begin by getting to know your needs, your space, and what’s not working in a personalized Discovery Meeting. This first meeting helps us uncover the vision and reason behind the remodel. We’ll discuss your ideas and early design direction, as well as the costs involved and the timeline. After that, we’ll schedule your Design Proposal Meeting.

2 Envision

At your Design Proposal Meeting, you get a chance to take a closer look at our 3D renderings of your reimagined space. This is where we’ll share our design proposal, customized to match your style and vision. You’ll have the chance to adjust the design and go over the details to make sure everything aligns with what matters most to you.

3 Design

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll finalize the project scope and collect the deposit. After that, your designer will lead you through selections and final adjustments, ensuring every detail is meticulously tailored to your vision. This stage rounds off with a set of construction documents that clearly lay out the plan for our construction team.

4 Build

With plans in place, construction begins with a formal Construction Handoff. Our team keeps you informed at every turn, so the process stays smooth and low-stress. Every element adds new layers of form and functionality until it all comes together into a balanced whole. This is where excitement kicks in, as your vision becomes a tangible reality.

5 Enjoy

Once the project is nearly complete, our designer and superintendent will guide you through the finished space to ensure everything feels just right.Then it’s yours to enjoy – the perfect backdrop for the next chapter of your life. You’ll be able to immerse yourself in a home that feels uniquely yours and where every detail is crafted to tell your story.
